Which means eating it every day. The nutrient intake is unmatched by any other food. Vitamins, very important for the organism, but also mineral salts, carbohydrates vegetables and fibers.

However, what not everyone knows is that fruit can also be very caloric, or in any case rich in sugars. How much a slice of cake!

Not all types are the same, and it’s not worth the idea of ​​gorging on them because “it’s just fruit anyway”. Let’s find out which is the most caloric absolutely.

Fruit: the most caloric

Before going to discover the first place in this imaginary ranking of the most caloric fruit of all, let’s start from that lower. But if we look at the rankings from the first places down we find ourselves on the podium avocado, with 160 kcal per 100 grams. Followed by persimmons with 127 kcal, the bananas with 89 kcal and the pomegranate with 83 kcal. And then again figs, grapes, kiwi And mango which bring 74, 69, and 61 respectively to the last two. There coconutdespite being a fruit, it is not considered as such because it is rarely brought to the table, but it is by far the most caloric with 354 kcal per 100 grams.

It deserves special mention dried fruit, which is highly caloric. For example the Macadamia nuts and walnuts pecan they contain respectively 718 and 691 kcal per 100 grams of product.
