May 16, 2024

It arrives on YouTube “It’s all mine,” new single by Pix feat Pascal, Saturday at 3.30pm and will then also be available in audio only version on Spotify.

After a period of absence Pix returns with a new song, this time in collaboration with another local artist, Pascal. The genre of the song is rap pop with funky sounds and, for those who have already listened to Pix’s musical genre, he will also know that he is a multifaceted artist, a lover of experimenting with various genres. For those who don’t know anything about the two artists, let’s try to tell you something about them.

Pix, pseudonym of Stefano Idini, born in 1985, lives in Castelsardo and it is precisely there that he took his first steps in the hip hop world way back in 2004. Between 2006 and 2008 he created two musical groups, BSB and Sa Rima Sarda, a name that would later also characterize one of his best-known songs. But it was in 2012 that, together with his great friend Caps (Gaetano Cau), he became the protagonist of a sharing project by founding the duo Pix and Caps. In the same year their first album was released, “the Street” and in 2013 the second “Something more real”. Despite maintaining a solid friendship, their artistic paths diverged and in 2016 Pix released his first solo album “Madness”. In 2023, in collaboration with Pauz, also a local artist, he produced the single “For charity”. It’s now time for Pix to experiment with another style, as is his artistic habit.

Pascal, pseudonym of Pasqualino Carboni, born in 1988, from Sorso. Multifaceted artist but with a very different style to that of Pix. What will this union of styles produce? Anyone who has listened to some of Pix’s songs will surely know that his ability to adapt is surprising when it comes to music. We just have to wait for Saturday!
