Great news for fans of Star Wars. During his interview for the SmartLess podcast Daisy Ridley has officially confirmed that she is ready to take on the role of again Rey for the new film of the saga, New Jedi Order. After the recent declarations of the actress, who revealed that she had suffered greatly from stress linked to her sudden fame and the ferocious criticism reserved by a part of the fandom for the sequel trilogy directed by JJ Abrams, we can still breathe a sigh of relief. Although at the moment there is no talk of a new trilogy but of a single film stand alonethe star has no intention of abandoning the franchise in the slightest and actually says he is enthusiastic about starting this new adventure.
«For now we have only talked about one film. I was really surprised. I was shooting a movie with my husband and had a day off from filming, so I went to lunch with Kathy Kennedy [subentrata a George Lucas come Presidente della LucasFilm N.D.R.].
