In a recent interview for Paste Magazine, the producer of SonicToby Asher, talked about the entire expansion of the blue hedgehog’s universe on a cinematic level, teasing fans by announcing a great crossover event, style Avengersfor the future of the franchise.
Here’s what he said in detail:
We are really excited at the idea of expanding the stories of our characters into the world of television, which as a platform best allows us to study and give space to each of them. We know well that with the arrival of Shadow in Sonic 3 and many other events scheduled, the franchise is increasingly moving towards a cross-over style event Avengers in terms of scope. There will be these colossal and exciting choral stories with many characters within them and in this sense television will allow us to have time to focus on secondary characters, give them depth and build them in a credible way.
Sonic 3 will arrive in US theaters on December 20, 2024.
