I had the pleasure of getting to know Commissioner Vinci in depth on the various institutional occasions and appointments in which we were involved: in him I found a sincere person, a true man of the institutions and servant of the Republic. Not only. I also appreciated Commissioner Vinci’s great willingness to meet young people in schools and to dialogue with them to spread the culture of legality.
