“Fill the trolley with solidarity” in Caltanissetta was a participatory initiative. A great success. In fact, the Italian Red Cross of the capital of Caltanissetta collected six tons of food products.
The extraordinary food collection took place in recent days. At the forefront, the Caltanissetta Committee “Volunteer Organization”. And “Fill the cart with solidarity” has borne fruit.
Therefore, a precious contribution to the continuous request for food aid from the numerous families in difficulty. With this new collection, it will be possible to strengthen the living warehouse of the Italian Red Cross (in Caltanissetta it is based in Via Tomasi di Lampedusa, 64).
Even on this occasion, the wealthier and more fortunate Nisse population did not miss out on its important contribution. A generous response, with a great sense of solidarity. In the next few days, obviously, the collected products will be distributed to the most vulnerable families. They are naturally already registered. There are over 1,100 of them.
