Positano News – Scooter accident in Aversa, Alfonso dies at just 19 years old

A 19 year old boy, Alfonso Leccedied during the night between Friday 28th and Saturday 29th June in Aversain the province of Caserta, following a road accident.

The accident, as reported Rai News, took place in via Salvo D’Acquisto. According to the police’s initial reconstructions, the young man hit some chains delimiting the square of a supermarket, losing control of the scooter and ending up violently on the asphalt. Unfortunately the 19-year-old died instantly.

The investigation is still ongoing. The Carabinieri are analyzing the images from the video surveillance cameras in the area. In the meantime, the public prosecutor of the Naples North Prosecutor’s Office has ordered the seizure of the scooter and the body of the 19-year-old, who will undergo an autopsy in the coming days.
