These are the words of regional councilor Laura Cestari, a meeting that crowns the record-breaking season for Ficarolo’s team, the only one in Italy to win all matches in the 2023/2024 season.
An incredible feat for the sports club which, in the third category, has lined up something like 26 consecutive victories and a record promotion.
An extraordinary result, the fruit of the hard work of the players, the staff and the Municipality that strongly supports the sporting activity in the country.
Today, at Palazzo Balbi, in addition to the representatives of the team and the company, there was also a delegation from the Municipality of Ficarolo, represented by Mayor Fabiano Pigaiani and by the City Councilor Giovanna Ottoboni with responsibility for sport.
“A very clear demonstration that this victory is a result of our entire territory. And a great pride for me – concludes Laura Cestari – who am a proud citizen of Ficarolo”.
