The SECA Foundation, for the summer review “Fuori Museo 2024 – 9th edition”, presents Letters from the Beachthe creative writing course by the sea at the Trani Museum Centre.
The beauty of typing is given by the contact of the fingertips on the keys, the light pressure of the fingers that precedes the striking of the hammers on the roller and then rivers of letters that pour out onto a blank sheet of paper; the typewriter still remains a revolutionary, iconic, almost magical instrument, the typewriter is a source of multisensory emotions: the rhythmic clicking of the typing, the dance of the hammers on the roller and the incomparable tactile sensation that the fingers feel on the keys together with the sea breeze, will encourage all bathers to write, thoughts, phrases and love letters in front of the wonderful Adriatic Sea which, for them, will be once again, a source of inspiration.
Letters from the Beach, skepticism turns into curiosity…
Three meetings scheduled for 5, 12 and 19 July respectively at Il Vecchio e il Mare (starting at 6.00 pm), Calamariposa (starting at 10.00 am) and Lido Colonna (starting at 10.00 am). Participation is free.
