From 5th to 7th July at the Novilara Castle the event dedicated to tradition and taste
PESARO (PU) – The event is back again this year “Novilara Art and Taste” now in its XII Edition. An important event, now consolidated, dedicated to tradition and taste in the castle of Novilara, with the aim of keeping alive the spirit of aggregation and hospitality of the community of the village.
Organized by the Cultural Association La Stele, together with the Municipality of Pesaro, Quartiere 3 Colline e Castelli, Province of Pesaro Urbino and the Regional Council of the Marche, it offers an entire weekend with flavors and colors, thanks to the artisanal cellars for tasting, together with beers and DOP oil, will be distributed along the walls of the village, with the possibility of savoring the flavors of local tradition, the excellences of our province and outside the region.
The event was born from the desire to recover the culture and the typical tradition of the place, linked to the products of the territory and its history, through different artistic forms, making it more contemporary and current. “From culture to the table”, because we believe it is necessary to enhance the know-how at home and the artisan process behind every product of our territory, considering it as a real culture that belongs to us and that we must preserve, both in food and wine as in art and music.
In the streets and squares of the village, inside the castle overlooking the sea, the festive evenings take place outdoors, with stands set up to taste the legendary “Tagliatelle ai Fagioli”, a recipe that has received the De.Co. recognition in combination with the products being tasted, with live music, many shows, art exhibitions and a literary competition dedicated to poetry and narrative.
And Friday 5th to Sunday 7th July 2024, with a program full of novelties and attractions, all the beauty of Novilara is put on stage, enhancing it in every point of historical and artistic interest, together with those of a naturalistic nature with the enchanting view of the sea and the landscape of the surrounding hills, a 360° belvedere.
The event is a constant research, a cultural investigation between past and modern to better define the identity of the village in the art-taste binomial, creating a possible connection between generations.
Having grown significantly over the years, both in numbers and quality, today NOVILARA ARTE GUSTO boasts strong relevance and impact on the territory, capable of attracting thousands of people, both locals and foreign tourists, with many new features every year and exceptional guests of national character.

inside the village of Novilara at the former elementary school; - Sunday morning, the MOTOTAGLIATELLE with a tour for all lovers of the two
wheels, visit with tasting stop at the La Storia del SIC Museum in Coriano
(RN) and then conclude with lunch at Novilara Castle, by reservation only.
