VASTO – These were goals set in September 2023, when she moved to Foligno to the Tennis Training School. And today she reached them. After winning the Serie C championship, Anna Tambelli achieved promotion to Serie B2 by overcoming TC Piazzano di Novara in the play-off in the national draw.
This promotion follows that of last year when Tambelli, a member of the CC VHO of Tortona, won the D1 championship in Piedmont. Even on that occasion, the young tennis player from Abruzzo went undefeated in both singles and doubles.
Now that the team championship is over, the journey will continue at an individual level by playing high level OPENs in order to confirm and try to improve its national ranking (currently 2.5) and play ITF under 18 tournaments. While in the second part of the season try to play the first ITF 15000 and 25000 tournaments to try to definitively enter the professional world, all this always accompanied by her Tennis Training teachers who follow her daily in her athletic, technical and mental growth.
