The man, burdened by numerous police reports for crimes against the person and property, was transferred to the Fermo prison
CIVITANOVA MARCHE – Yesterday morning, 28 June 2024, staff of the Anti-Crime Section of the Civitanova Marche Police Station has executed the decree issued by the Supervisory Magistrate of Macerata concerning the temporary suspension of the measure of probation to social services with consequent transfer to the penal institution, against a criminal.
The recipient of the measure is a young Italian citizen residing in Civitanova Marche, burdened by numerous police reports for crimes against the person and property – for which he has several convictions – such as Threats, Illegal possession of weapons, Theft, Receiving stolen goods, Robbery, Resistance and Threat to a Public Official, Personal Injury.
The same, during the probationary period, allegedly violated the imposed prescriptions – promptly reported to the Judicial Authority by the police forces – regarding the frequentation of criminals as well as the failure to comply with the permitted exit times.
The arrested man, after completing the formal procedures, was transferred to the Fermo prison.
