Angela Rafanelli will begin her journey from Trani, welcomed by the music of the Apulian singer-songwriter Serena Brancale, while Peppone Calabrese will explore the territory starting from a splendid estate in Ruvo from Puglia.

Always at Trani the presenter will enter the walls of the Castello Svevo; in the meantime Calabrese, in Andria, will assist in the preparation of a particular mozzarella, while Rafanelli will board a sailing ship to reach the Fishermen’s Bay of Trani. In Andria you will discover the recipe for the famous confetti made with the delicious almonds from Puglia, while in Barletta you will meet an oil sommelier who has created a special combination of ice cream and olive oil. Also in Barletta, after a quick stop at the famous statue of Heraclius, you will discover the recipe for the tasty focaccia barlettana. The two presenters will then meet again for a grand finale on the Trani seafront, welcomed by a chef who has created a special gourmet sandwich made with raw and cooked fish
