A major event, organized as part of the Welcome to Rione Sanità program, which includes free films, a National Competition and involves players from the global film and audiovisual industry.
From 1 to 5 July 2024, in the Rione Sanità, the SàFF – Sanità Film Festivala great demonstration, with 5 days of completely free screenings and eventswith mandatory reservation on the Eventbrite platform.
The event will liven up the traditional patronal feast of Monacone and is organized within the framework of the program Welcome to Rione Sanitàwhich also includes a National Competition and involves players from the global film and audiovisual industry.
The festival is promoted and funded by the Municipality of Naples and organized by Fondazione di Comunità San Gennaro EF. The program includes many free events from competitions to screenings, from networking to training, from book presentations to social tours, from live music to artistic performances.

The various initiatives of the Festival will take place from 1 to 5 July 2024, starting from 3pmin symbolic places of the neighborhood, returned to the community:
The public can book for free and attend both at the screenings of the works in Competition and at those in the Out of Competition category. In particular at 9pm there will be the following screenings:
- 01 July 2024 – Mixed by Erry by Sydney Sibilia (1 July),
- July 3, 2024 – Ninetta’s House by Lina Sastri
- 04 July 2024 – Mimì the prince of darkness by Brando De Sica
- 05 July 2024 – Jago Into the White by Luigi Pingitore (5 July).
I am in also program of Masterclasses held by the largest players in the global film and audiovisual industry who are partners of the project, such as Prime Video, Netflix, Sky, Accademia Teatro alla Scala, Cinecittà.
- Every morninginstead, you can attend to screenings of the films produced by Fondazione CON IL SUD and Apulia Film Commission through the Social film Production Con il Sud to tell the story of Southern Italy through its social phenomena. The 18 films made thanks to the initiative are also available on Prime Video.
- The morning of July 2nd instead, the talk will be held Cinema is communitya moment of comparison between institutions, representatives of the academic world, bodies, foundations and production houses, open to the public and the press, on issues relating to the cultural and creative industry and the induced effects that this generates in the territories.
The Festival has announced a National Competition that collected over 240 original works in 4 categoriesShort Films, Documentaries, Animation, Video Clips and which will be evaluated by an exceptional jury chaired by the journalist and film historian Valerio Caprara and others. During the Festival, each of the 4 categories will see the awarding of 3 works in Competition.
