“Yoga a gift for Funima” on June 30th at Barletta Castle

Children will practice yoga for free

On Sunday 30 June, Barletta Castle opens its doors to all yoga practitioners in the area for a day of unity, sharing, and practice to seek one’s own psychophysical well-being and to help those in need.
In fact, the appointment with the charity event in support of Funima International Onlus is renewed. “Yoga un Dono per Funima”, this year in the internal and fresh rooms of the castle of Barletta and in the gardens.
Yoga and pilates teachers from various local associations will take turns and will make their talent and professionalism available to support Funima International Onlus: the entire proceeds will in fact be donated to the Onlus itself.
Adult practitioners, advanced and beginners, but also supporters and those who want to try this exciting discipline effective in reducing anxiety and stress, causes of many psychosomatic illnesses, are invited to participate; discipline that brings harmony to body and mind and gives vitality and physical and mental energy.
Children will also be able to practice yoga with specialized teachers for the little ones to whom they will be entrusted while parents will practice yoga in absolute tranquility.
Only for adults there will be an entrance ticket costing 20 euros for the entire day of practice which will be completely donated to Funima International. Children will practice yoga for free.
It is recommended that you look at the program and build your own path of sessions to attend.
Funima International is a non-profit secular organization, active since 2005 in the field of solidarity in defense of human rights, supporting families and communities experiencing situations of physical, psychological and moral hardship linked to social and environmental difficulties.
Funima International implements concrete intervention strategies to chart a path towards a better future and sustainable development. Active directly and in collaboration with other private and institutional organisations, it implements interventions to improve the quality of people’s lives.
The promoting association, through the realization of the above mentioned event, aims at a profound cultural and social change, at educating sensitivity, at recognizing the discomfort and, last but not least, at giving concrete help to Funima International and consequently to people and families in situations of serious discomfort.
