Fiumicino, Roma: The Tax Councillor, Vincenzo D’Intinoannounced positive results in the fight against tax evasion thanks to the strategies implemented by the Fiumicino Taxes. This will ensure the stability of the OFFICE for the two-year period 2024/2025, without increases for citizens.

TARI in Fiumicino lower than the average of central Italy

From Intino he stressed that Fiumicino has a tariff OFFICE lower than the average for central Italy, which stands at 347 euros. The rate in Fiumicino remained constant from 2023 to 2024 and will continue along this line for 2024/2025. A result made possible also thanks to the success of door-to-door separate waste collection, active throughout the municipal territory, which has reached a percentage of 77%.

Comparison with national data

In stark contrast to the national data, where the average expenditure for the OFFICE of Italian families increased by 9.69% from 2018 to 2023, in Fiumicino an average family of four people residing in an 80 m2 apartment pays 296 euros OFFICE. In the same scenario, in Guidonia, with a similar number of inhabitants to Fiumicino, 343 euros are paid. Considering that Fiumicino is the fifth municipality of the Lazio in terms of surface area and with a high tourist influx, the Municipality’s virtuousness in maintaining low rates for its citizens emerges.

Fiumicino continues to prove itself as an example of efficiency in the management of local taxes, offering stability and tangible benefits to residents.
