Florence, 29 June 2024 – The most engaging aspects that the members of the three have in common Inner Wheel Club of Florence are the spontaneity and that sense of sharing that sees them united not only during social occasions, but above all when it comes to intervening actively in our territory, to resolve the problems that afflict it; whether they are issues related to culture or to society. Yesterday evening, in the garden of the Serre Torrigiani, the members of the‘Inner Wheel Florence Mediceawho have chosen to reconfirm the president for the second consecutive year Giulia Ciari Zardo. “If our year has been rich in service and beautiful shared occasions – was the speech of the President – the credit goes to all the members who have intensely helped me to make it possible. I think of those unforgettable moments like the party in Riccione on the occasion of the centenary of our Association, made unique by the parade of the sparkling models of our Pola Cecchiworn by the various members of District 209. I also think of the very recent restoration of the funeral monument of Vincenzo Peruzzibrought to completion thanks to the intense collaboration with theWork of Santa Croce, so over the years we have supported various conservation interventions of the artistic heritage. And I also think of the many opportunities for gaming and social interaction organized at the member’s home Rita Graziani and the presentation of the book of poems by Eleonora Falchiorganized by Clara Falchi. Finally, I would like to mention our recurring service at Sisters of the Fraternity of the Visitation of Pian di Scò, and the one dedicated to scientific research in the field of early diagnosis of very serious rare pediatric diseases.” In full spirit of collaboration, in September Firenze Medicea will also complete the service intended for a deserving student of the Cherubini Conservatory of Florencepromoted by the president of the Inner Wheel Florence Iris Edy Cardinipresent among other things at yesterday’s evening together with the president of the Rotary Florence East Sandra Manetti and to the president of the Rotary Florence Amerigo Vespucci Alessandro Failla.
