L’AQUILA – Organized by ‘Endas Hope Asd’ which has been part of the FISR family for years – thanks to the support of the ‘Feel It’ skateshop, the regional skateboard championship will be held tomorrow, Sunday 30 June, at the skatepark Maurane Fraty’, a structure built after the earthquake with the funds raised by the ultras of L’Aquila Calcio, thanks to the support of the Italian football teams and the Municipality of L’Aquila.
The competitions will take place from 9.00 to 19.00 and will involve three categories of athletes: Junior (8-13 years), Open (8 + years) and Master (35 + years), both male and female.
During the sporting event there will also be a debate entitled ‘Skateboarding as an art in music, fashion and street art’ which will see the participation of leading figures from the varied world of skateboarding, giving voice not only to the sporting aspect but also to music, fashion and art.
The event is part of the ‘L’Aquila Cresce con lo sport 2024’ calendar promoted and financed by the Municipality, the Abruzzo Region and local sponsors.
