Orecchiette snacks

The words of Nicola Dibenedetto, entrepreneur present at Villaggio Coldiretti: “Good morning, I am Nicola Dibenedetto, I am from Altamura, province of Bari and our company Azienda Agricola Dibenedetto deals with the production of vegetables and greens, in addition to having created this innovative snack. A snack that safeguards the culinary biodiversity of our region, Puglia, through a revisited version of our dish par excellence: orecchiette and turnip tops.”

“The version is in snack form. A version that includes an indigenous variety of Altamura: the variety of turnip tops, as well as wheat, also from our territory. Thus having a 100% Apulian product.”
