After the huge success of the public and critics of the first two events, which were sold out, ASTI LIRICA 2024, the second edition of the festival dedicated to opera, continues. The next events, on stage at the Teatro Alfieri in Asti, are on July 4th with the famous Carmina Burana, while on July 7th there will be the grand finale with an Operetta classic, the Merry Widow, in a triumph of fun, enthusiasm and freshness.

While waiting for these two important events, on July 3rd there will be a double event in the suggestive setting of the Baptistery of Asti: at 9.00 pm there will be Between sighs and furies of lovewhile at 10.30pm the polyphonic choir will perform Heavenly harmonies.

Tickets available directly at the Michelerio courtyard from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Full price 12 euros, reduced 10 euros (theater season season ticket holders, Kor Card and Astense Library plus card holders, Istituto Verdi students, under 25s and over 65s). For information: tel. 0141 399057/399040

As in every evening, even before these shows, there will be space for the intervention of the music critic Alberto Bazzano who will introduce the evening with “The opera in 5 minutes“, that is, a brief informative moment to tell the public the plot and some curiosities about the work.

ASTILIRICA is divided into 5 events between June and July which will take place in different spaces of the city.
