The Poste Italiane Follow Me service is now also available in the province of Foggia, which allows individuals and companies, in the event of a permanent or temporary transfer, to receive correspondence sent to the old address at a new address.
Seguimi can be subscribed to at authorized Post Offices and can concern all incoming correspondence or only signed correspondence, such as registered and insured mail.
Furthermore, it can also be activated online: just register on the poste.it website and have a PosteID enabled for SPID, or a mobile phone certified by Poste Italiane or an identification document (which must be uploaded to the website). In the case of cohabiting family members, the “Family delegation for online activation” form must also be filled out (downloadable from the website). The customer who subscribes to Seguimi can decide which correspondence to receive at the new address and the relative period of validity (3, 6 and 12 months). The service can also be extended to cohabitants of the family unit. The re-forwarding of correspondence can take place to a physical address or to a PO Box, in Italy and abroad. Payment can be made by credit card, PostePay card or BancoPosta account.
