The Ferrara Summer Festival
The summer is set to continue with the sound vibrations of the Ferrara Summer FestivalThis weekend’s program includes Friday 28 June the event ‘Spirit of Trance’with gates opening at 7pm and the festival starting at 8pm. An evening featuring the music of Aly & Fila, Noyse Kompressor, Markus Schulz, Paul Van Dyk and Vini Vici.
Saturday 29th Junewith the gates opening at 8pm and the concert starting at 9.30pm, it’s the turn of the The answer offer an alternative dance-hip hop evening. The group originally from Cape Town, South Africa, with the ‘Reanimated Eu-Uk Tour’ will stop at the Ferrara Summer Festival with a show with electrifying suggestions and characterized by a mix of electro, rave and rap sounds. Sunday, June 30, Piazza Trento Trieste hosts the singer-songwriter’s performance Thomas ParadiseGates are scheduled to open at 8pm, and the concert will start at 9:30pm.
Workshops, entertainment and music at Terre del Reno
There are several weekend events in Terre del Reno. On Friday from 7:30 pm in Piazza Pertini in Sant’Agostino the ‘Journey in the 5 senses’, an evening with fun activities to discover touch, taste, smell, hearing and sight. An event that will accompany patrons on a journey of discovery of their senses through real sensory laboratories. There are also specific activities for girls and boys, the grand fashion gala and a food and wine stand organized by Pro Loco San Carlo, Pro Loco Sant’Agostino and Dosso.
Saturday at 5.30 pm at Roda park in Mirabello here instead ‘Baby T-Rex – The incredible spectacle of the living dinosaur’, an extraordinary traveling and hyper-realistic animation to come into contact with dinosaurs, the species that has dominated the planet since its dawn. Adults and children alike will be drawn into a Jurassic atmosphere. Cinema in the park

The event is organized by Contrada Rione San Paolo and focuses everything on the tasty mutton skewers typical of Abruzzo cuisine, but which are now at home in Ferrara. However, there are many alternative proposals: from mixed grill to cappellaccifrom cappelletti to fried potatoes and then mixed salad, a mixture of cheeses and cured meats and, for those with a sweet tooth, even desserts.

Friday, Saturday and Sundayin the evening, in fact from 7pm until 1am, along the river you can dance to the rhythm of salsa, bachata, kizomba, sensual, tango, but also boogie woogie, cumbia and reggaeton.
Luna park in Copparo for the patronal feast
The patronal feast of the Saints Peter and Paulorganized by the parish with the patronage of the Municipality of Copparo, will start on Friday, June 28. For four days, until Monday, July 1, the initiatives of the rich program of celebrations will follow one another: musical events, entertainment and gastronomy.
The opening is entrusted to the evening of music on Friday 28th which will see the protagonist school ‘Varos Zamboni’‘. Night visit to the ‘Escher’ exhibition

The atmosphere of the sunset with the ‘Carmina Burana in Certosa’
Saturday 29 June at 8.30pm, a concert is scheduled in Certosa, organized by Frescobaldi Conservatory. The chamber version of Carl Orff’s ‘Carmina Burana’ will be performed. The atmosphere of the sunset will be the backdrop to aorchestra of two pianos half grand, four percussionists and a 60-piece choir. In the course of the Emergency Days, Patrick Zaki arrives in Ferrara. He will Saturday 29th, at 8.30pm (in any case at the end of Italy-Switzerland), at the ‘Il Parco’ social center in via Canapa: on that occasion, he will present his book ‘Dreams and illusions of freedom. My story’. Zaki will be interviewed by Laura Cappon, journalist and correspondent for ‘Mezz’ora inpiù’ and ‘Il Domani’. An expert on Turkey and Egypt, she lived in Cairo for several years and it was for her coverage during the coup and with a series of articles on Giulio Regeni that she won several awards.
The tenth anniversary of the ‘Lady Burger Fest’
In Cocomaro di Cona, in the Park of the Hotel Villa Regina, the tenth edition of the ‘Lady Burger fest’a renowned and very popular summer event. Space for the food stand with the famous hamburgers of the ‘Lady Hawke’ pub, rivers of beer, aperitif at the beach bar with a DJ set until sunset. A space journey between mathematics and computer science
On Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June, the tenth edition of the ‘Science Festival’open to the public, free and composed of interactive exhibitions, workshops, conferences and educational laboratories. The day’s program includes free and short activities of about ten minutes and laboratories with mandatory reservation that last one hour. Among the workshops by reservation: ‘Geometry on the sphere to explain relativity’, ‘Is there chemistry in space?’, ‘Let’s find out what artificial intelligence is’ or ‘From the sky to the earth’.
The curtain falls on the Biennale Donna
The twentieth edition of the Biennale Donna, organized by Udi – Unione Donne in Italia, entitled ‘Yours in Solidarity. Other Stories Between Art and Word’curated by Sofia Gotti and Caterina Iaquinta, is destined to end Sunday, June 30th in the exhibition spaces of Palazzo Bonacossi.
