The rapper Baby Gang leaves Busto prison and returns to house arrest

BUSTO ARSIZIO – the rapper Baby Gang, released from Busto Arsizio prison, where he was detainedand returns to house arrest. This was decided by the Milan Review Court, canceling the order of the Milan Court of Appeal with which last April 29th the aggravation of the measure against the 22-year-old was ordered for a series of violations, starting with the diffusion of promotional images of the new album on his social channels in which he shows a gun, some grass and flaunting his electronic bracelet.

He had been authorized

According to the judges of the Court of Freedom (Galli-Buzzanca-Alonge college), who accepted the lawyer’s request Nicholas Vecchionithe appellate magistrates did not take “into account” the fact that the rapper was “been authorized by the Court itself and by the Tribunal first to waive both the obligation to remain at home and the ban on communicating with third parties”.

Over time, the 22-year-old was granted various “authorizations to carry out his work and in particular “photo shoots, the production of video clips as well as expressly providing for the possibility of meeting one of his collaborators at his home”. In the hearing held yesterday, Baby Gang’s defense argued that the images disclosed on social media and for which the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office, which is conducting the trial, appeal for the shooting in Corso Como has asked to be returned to prisonattaching some telephone screenshots, they are promotional images of the new music album coming out that same month. The footage shows a fake gun, fake grass (as well as a fake tank) for which there would be invoices. The rapper would always have worked with prior authorization as demonstrated by his authorization process.”
