Rimini in many maps: here is the new city guide
The new tourist guide arrives hot off the press to welcome thousands of tourists to the city for the Tour de France.
Rich in graphics and thematic itineraries, the new paperback collects more than 100 places to discover on foot or by bicycle between two thousand years of history and the new Sea Park
To welcome the thousands of people from all over the world to Rimini for the historic arrival of the Tour de France there will also be the new “Rimini City Guides”, the most popular tourist information tool in the IAT offices, together with the calendar containing all 200 summer events.
A pocket guide, colorful and with many thematic maps, designed for a public interested in discovering the Rimini of the ‘insider’, in exploring a city of art with two thousand years of history and in getting to know a place through its changes, as well as habits and suggestions from locals.
Because Rimini is a city that changes, with the Fellini Museum, a widespread museum center of a brand new concept dedicated to the genius of Federico Fellini, the redeveloped Fulgor cinema, the reborn Galli theatre, the square on the water at the Tiberius Bridge and the Parco del Mare , the new waterfront with green and cycle spaces, play and fitness areas that focuses on wellness, environment and sustainable mobility.
In the year of the historic passage of the Tour, a section dedicated to Rimini to be discovered on the bike, with the map of the Bicipolitana, could not be missing.
In addition to the plan of the city center with miniatures of the monuments, the guide offers 3 thematic itineraries, Roman, the one from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, the Fellini tour, some ideas for excursions in the hinterland and a concise guide to discover the soul of the city, with the 10 things not to be missed + one.
The city guide is available in 5 languages (Italian, English, German, French and Polish), both in digital version, to be downloaded from the website riminiturismo.it (https://riminiturismo.it/notizie/scopri-la-nuova-guida-turistica-della-citta), and in paper version. Among the languages also Polish which in 2024 became the second reference foreign market for the city of Rimini, after the ‘historic’ German market.
