Two notices from the Regional Development Fund of the EDF, ESF and other programs relating to territorial strategies were illustrated in L’Aquila. Confindustria’s alarm on the Zes. We are moving forward, Abruzzo is an area ready to attract investments
The governor Marco Marsilio illustrated the two notices published by the Abruzzo Region, speaking about two macro areas, delimited according to certain parameters. There are eight functional urban areas: in addition to the four capitals, also Avezzano, Sulmona, Lanciano and Vasto which will have 40 million available.
39 million euros will go to the internal areas and 27 million will instead be made available to encourage new entrepreneurship, to have more services for schools and childhood, for the promotion of the territory and to reduce the disadvantages of the internal areas.
On 1 July in Pescara, Minister Zangrillo will present “Open Hub: Abruzzo generator of skills” as part of the skills hub.
On the Zes issue, Confindustria has raised the alarm about the delays, but in the meantime the six Zes works, together with the other works in the southern regions, have been included in the sixth installment and therefore safeguarded in terms of resources. In a few days with an ad hoc decree they will be passed to the Regions. Abruzzo has already given its willingness to become a second level contracting station and therefore to take charge of them.
President Marco Marsilio then announced that we are moving forward, sending back to the sender the narrative that speaks of Zes as a black novel.
