The matter could end up at the Arbitration Panel
Once the idyll between Catanzaro and Vivarini is over, after three seasons of the highest level, the time has come to say goodbye. But the climate is not the most serene. In fact, the tug of war continues between the parties, who have not yet reached an agreement to part ways. The coach was summoned to the office with the staff but did not show up and so received a further summons. It is unlikely that the club wants to define the termination, if anything they want him to sign the new membership, without which Vivarini – after Catanzaro has chosen his replacement – cannot ask for unilateral release: if he doesn’t sign it, however, he can be referred. The “appropriate forums” evoked by President Noto, as reported by the local press, can be summarized in the appeal to the Arbitration Board and remain threatening and plausible on the horizon: an attempt is made to place the issue on the level of non-compliance. What is certain is that the situation, in addition to escalating between the parties, is also complicating things quite a bit in terms of the future. Vivarini is betrothed to Frosinone, while Catanzaro is targeting Aquilani.
