The Carabinieri of Calcinate have reported a 50-year-old Italian accused of setting fire to the entrance to the Islamic center of the Pakistani community of Montello. The facts date back to a week ago when the man, according to the police investigations, he went into action with his face covered by a helmet and after throwing ethyl alcohol and petrol he set it on fire. The soldiers of Calcinate, with the support of the operational section of the Bergamo carabinieri, then found not far from the structure a writing made in red paint against the mayor and the Islamic center. A week of investigations with the analysis of camera images and testimonies made it possible to identify the 50-year-old, a worker, and to report him.
