This morning I arrived in Piazza Martiri Pennesi around 9.30am and I paid until 11am with the application, thinking I would leave around 11am I left the payment until that time. They kindly approached me and asked if they could help me pay the 3 euros… surprisingly, after the somewhat difficult processing, the sum of 17 and 30 euros came out, the result of the fine of 3 euros and parking from 11am onwards until 19 for failure to pay the parking service. I’m stunned, trying to make people understand by also demonstrating that I paid for parking during the day with the application. The good guy tells me that he couldn’t do anything because parking is over 3 euros. So that money paid was lost. They suggested that I go to the headquarters in Piazza San Francesco tomorrow and explain, but according to them nothing can be done, I leave the considerations to you dear hawk, have a good evening….”.
