CROTONE The carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Crotone Company intervened in a house in this capital due to an ongoing dispute. Once they arrived on site, they found traces of the fight that had ended upon their arrival inside the apartment, such as damage to objects in all the rooms, traces of blood, a woman who opened the door for them, and a man, in pain, lying on the floor in another room. They themselves reported to the military that the woman had stabbed the man, at the height of the argument that had started for trivial reasons. Having ensured health care for the man, whose condition was not worrying, the police reconstructed what had happened, ascertaining that the two had moved together from Emilia Romagna to the Pythagorean capital. In the Emilian town where they lived, however, a provision had already been issued by the local judicial authority no approach for man towards woman, which both had decided, by mutual agreement, to violate and evade: the woman, in fact, had left the electronic device connected to the man’s bracelet, which should have signaled the violation of the provision, in Emilia Romagna. Considering the provision already in force, violated by both, and the attack which occurred on Saturday evening, both the man, a 44-year-old of foreign origin, and the woman, a 45-year-old Italian, were arrested by the Carabinieri del Nor of the Crotone Company, who, at the disposal of the Crotone Judicial Authority, he accompanied them to the Crotone and Castrovillari prisons respectively.
