It’s time for Pam Race, a race to discover one of the green lungs that extends over three cities (Legnano, Castellanza and Busto Arsizio) and two provinces (Milan and Varese).
Second appointment of the summer Tour under the stars: the Pam Race takes place on Thursday 27th
And scheduled for Thursday 27 June, starting at 8pm from the sports center in via della Pace in Legnano, the Pam Race, a running event organized by the Sport+ association in collaboration with the Runners Legnano.
After the success of the Straresca a few days ago, now it’s time for the second appointment of the Summer Tour under the stars. A double appointment with running, along fast but no less fascinating tracks. Like the Pam Race which will dive for 5.4 kilometers along the paths of the Alto Milanese Park. A competitive Fidal race, which will see prizes awarded to the first five men and the first five women overall, as well as the first in each Fidal category. This is a non-competitive race, but still timed, to allow all participants to have precise chronometric feedback, which will also include enthusiasts of the specialty of Nordic walking, and will also be open to those who want to take a nice recreational-motor walk at interior of the nature of the Park.
The Family run will not be missing, with its colorful snake of families and pets
Annalisa Bombellipresident of Runners Legnano, explained:
“Furthermore, there are also the 2.5 kilometers dedicated to the Family run (departure at 7.30 pm), the event that accompanies all the running initiatives signed by Sport+ and which is popular for the inclusive and festive spirit of the colored snake made up of families, adults, children, teenagers and pets”.

Stephen Colombopresident of Sport+, added:
“From year to year our running events are growing both in terms of events and participants. In 2024 we have put on track the first edition of the Liuc Run in Castellanza and we will also be at the Galla Run in Gallarate. Always with the same objective: to promote the culture of sport and offer runners and citizens the opportunity to experience their city in a different way. The Pam Race, on the other hand, has a peculiarity of its own: it runs in a natural environment, which has a vocation for outdoor sports. open”.
The president of the Alto Milanese Park is also satisfied with the initiative Flavio Castiglioni:
“We are really happy that the Park has been chosen for this competitive and non-competitive sporting activity. The park is the ideal place to do physical activity where the beauty of nature helps to improve physical and psychophysical well-being. Here you can run, walk along the paths in total safety”.

At 7.30pm Family run and 2.5km walk for everyone, at 8pm Competitive, non-competitive timed race (5.4km) and Nordic walking, walk open to all. This was followed by the Pam Race awards ceremony and the awards ceremony for the first ten males and females who joined the summer Tour under the stars. Godmother of the event will be Virginia Troiania leading figure in Italian athletics.
