More digital, more social and ever closer to members. These are the objectives of Confcommercio which this year celebrates 140 years and has launched the completely renovated website of the trade association.
Structured in sections, the new site aims to help members, who are increasingly occupied with bureaucratic and administrative issues. “Our world is mainly made up of micro businesses – said the president of Confcommercio Enrico Schiapietra – but traders often have to take time away from the actual trading activity to complete bureaucratic procedures. With this we try to give them a hand. With our services we want to ensure that it is not the trader who goes but Confcommercio but the opposite.”
In fact, the site provides a series of services and contacts that can be useful to traders, as well as news and a part dedicated to tenders, with various branches such as Edi, dedicated to everything digital. Among the sections there is the one dedicated to the Entye Fiera di Concfcommercio, which was created for the Savona Expo and now has a new life as a structure to which the various local entities that need to organize events linked to local trade can turn.
“Confcommercio Savonese is celebrating 140 years while Confcommercio Nazionale is 80 – explained Schiappapietra – this is thanks to far-sighted traders who had founded an association to represent them”.
Among the objectives of Confcommercio’s new course is also that of the recovery of the CIVs, the integrated street centres, to protect and promote the activities of the historic shops. The launch of an app is expected, currently being tested with sea toilets, which brings together a whole series of functions, personalized for each company based on the various sectors of trade.
