TREVISO – Serial thief, perpetrator of attacks throughout Italy, including in the province of Treviso. Expelled from the national territory, he would not have been able to return and, instead, thanks to the change of surname due to the marriage he had contracted in Albania, he returned to Italy but was stopped and checked by the Carabinieri of Vittorio Veneto and found driving dead drunk. So, at the end of a period of detention in prison, he was accompanied to the border. The Police Commissioner, Manuela De Bernardin, following the judicial expulsion order issued by the supervisory magistrate of Avellino, ordered the accompaniment of the Albanian, born in ’91, multiple criminals for crimes against property, to the border. The thirty-three-year-old, who arrived illegally in 2015, was arrested in 2021 as he was held responsible for a long series of home burglaries, committed with other individuals of Balkan extraction in the provinces of Bari, Lecce, Avellino, Modena, Prato, Padua and Venice, and for these facts he was sentenced to the penalty of 4 years and 25 days of imprisonment.

In 2021, the Lecce Police Headquarters expelled the 33-year-old Albanian via the maritime border of Bari, simultaneously imposing a re-entry ban on the entire territory of the European Union for a period of 10 years. Last April, however, taking advantage of the change of surname after marriage contracted in Albania, the foreigner was entered Italy illegally stabilizing in the Treviso area, but after a few weeks he was photographed by the Carabinieri of Vittorio Veneto because he was caught driving his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. After having ascertained the previous details, the foreigner was arrested for violating the ban on re-entry into Italy and taken to prison. After his release from Santa Bona prison, the 33-year-old was accompanied by immigration office police to the border and expelled again.
