FANO – Giuseppe and Luisa, a life together and together even in death. While we await the results of the investigations into the horrible end of the Ricci couple on the ground floor of the house in via Fanella 127 in Fano, details emerge about the quiet and simple life of this couple who celebrated 50 years of marriage last winter. Seventy-five years old he, she 70, crowned their dream of love at a very young age, a family that grew with the arrival of two children and then over time three grandchildren. Two girls and a girl smiling behind their grandparents sitting in front of the cake commemorating half a century of life together.
It was February and no one would have ever thought that four months later Giuseppe Ricci and Luisa Marconi would have met this terrible end: he killed with several blows to the head, she suffocated or strangled on the bed.
What happened in the house of horrors? The investigators interviewed a son of the murdered couple. Luca, separated and father of two children, who lives in the upper part of the house and who was the first to raise the alarm. He called the firefighters because he couldn’t get into the home of his parents who weren’t responding despite him continuing to call them: faced with the massacre, the police searched his house, took his DNA and pressed him of questions.
He is not formally under arrest but we are trying to understand whether he can provide useful elements to reconstruct the dynamics of the murder. Over the course of the hours, a detail of considerable importance emerged: the house of the Ricci grandparents had been sold at auction to a man from Fano for 60 thousand euros, an amount which would have been used to cover the debts contracted by Giuseppe and Luisa’s son and for the which they had guaranteed. Just today the new landlord was supposed to arrive to talk about the future organization, but there was no time. Giuseppe and Luisa were killed before they could do anything.
