Two unmissable events are coming to the province of Pavia, organized by the various associations focused on culture and archeology located in the Pavia area. They will take place in Mortarwhere a political debate will be held with the professor at the University of Paviait’s at Gambolò where the new book written by the latter will be presented.
Event in Mortara
The professor Gastone Brecciaprofessor of Byzantine history at the University of Pavia and an expert in military history, will be the protagonist of both events. In the first event, which will take place at the Town Hall Square located in Mortaraat 11 am, the professor will open a debate on the topic: “The last winter of war (1944-1945) and the Resistance in the Oltrepò Pavese“.
This event is organized byCultural Association of the Village of Esteban di Mortara and the ANPI Section “Fratelli Capettini”. The debate will take place on the morning of Sunday 30 June 2024.
Event in Gambolò
The second event, organized byLomellina Archaeological Association, Cultural Association of the Village of Esteban and Municipality of Gambolò, it will take place inside the Lomellino Archaeological Museum in Piazza Castello. The event will be held in afternoon of Sunday 30 June 2024. The professor will have the opportunity to present his new book published in 2024 by Einaudi “Trafalgar. The naval battle”.
