The 35th edition of the cycling sports event will be held on Sunday 30 JuneFausto Coppi” of Cuneo, which attracts participants from all over the world. In the days preceding the event, and throughout the weekend, a series of initiatives dedicated to fun, sport and road safety will take place in the exhibition village between Via Roma and Piazza Galimberti.
The values that will characterize the event will be mainly: the environment, the promotion of the territory, inclusiveness and solidarity. First of all, through the “Let’s save the mountain roads” project which aims to redevelop the ancient paths of mountain hills, citizens will be made aware of the issue of environmental protection. In fact, the event wants to underline the importance of taking care of and protecting the extraordinary scenery of the Cuneo mountains, starting from the Fauniera hill.
Another essential element of the event is the detail attention paid to societyto local associations and entities that deal with projects related toinclusionthanks also to the collaboration with La Cascina di San Rocco Castagnetta di Cuneo and the CSV (Volunteering Services Centre), very active organizations in volunteering that deal with people with disabilities.
