Upa Federimpresa Piacenza alongside the Union of Young Accountants of Piacenza which on 3 and 4 October will organize a national conference in Piacenza focused on the topic of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations, a topic of crucial importance for the contemporary economy.
The president of Upa Federimpresa Piacenza, Pietro Bragalini, underlined the importance of supporting young professionals in an increasingly complex and competitive economic context: «Our commitment is aimed at encouraging and strongly supporting this initiative as the topic addressed on operations of M&A represents a fundamental opportunity to strengthen and create a strategic network of contacts.”
M&A operations play an increasingly central role in the business world, representing fundamental tools for the growth, restructuring and competitiveness of companies. During the conference, topics such as company valuation, negotiation strategies, the legal and tax aspects of operations will be addressed, as well as case studies and direct testimonies from industry professionals.
