Cremonese, market: many young people in the spotlight
Cremonese seems to be moving in the market in the declared direction: there are already many under 25s approached by the grey-red club
The words of sporting director Simone Giacchetta seem to have empirical confirmation also in the many names that are compared to Cremonese every day in terms of the incoming transfer market. In fact, there are already many kids under 25 on which the club in via Postumia seems to have set its sights: from Pedro Mendes from Ascoli, 24 years old, passing through Marcandalli of Genoa and Obert of Cagliari, both born in 2002, up to the youngster Ambrosino of Naples. An aspect in contrast with the latest transfer sessions is also the fact that many of the boys mentioned in the pages of newspapers and online portals come from Serie C: this is the case of Hacksaws And Iannoni of Perugia, or of Turricchia of Juve Next Gen. Some, however, come from abroad, such as Vital of Estoril or Đapo of Domzale. Cremo is not used to betting on this type of bet, compared to teams like Cittadella, for example. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t moves that can pay off much more than you need to invest in them. The most recent example is that of Valeri, caught in a Cesena team that in 2020 was sailing in mid-table in the third series. Obviously, in addition to possible signings, it will also be a good idea to evaluate what is already in the house, starting with the Primavera stars Stuckler and Della Rovere.
