Despite the last-minute attempt to try to link him to Cosenza again, Andrea Meroni leaves the rossoblù. The defender from Monza, born in 1997, is now on the verge of officially becoming a Reggiana player, the club in which he will find William Viali again. The Lombard coach wasted no time and immediately recommended to Granata sporting director Marcello Pizzimenti the hiring of the centre-back, who was left to expire by the Bruzi.
The renewal negotiations started with his former agent Andrea Paloni slowed down after last summer.
