The seized packages, as reported by Republicthey would be almost identical to the original ones, but of course they were produced without the knowledge of the Ferrero confectionery companyowner of Kinder brand products.
The reports that started the investigation that ended with the seizures came from some people who they felt ill after consuming the confectionery product “narcotic” based.

The packaging of these illegal Kinder Bueno presents itself very similar to that of the original packaging of Ferrero, but obviously has some differences.
The packaging actually has a circular logo, similar to that of the “Looney Tunes” cartoon series, which However, it has the words “Thc comida” insideliterally translated from Spanish as THC-infused “food” or “meal.”
On the package there is the writing “como nunca has probado” (“like nothing you’ve ever felt”), while next to the central writing “Kinder Bueno” the words “Thc” and “420” are shown, an obvious clue for cannabis users.
The “Thc” variant of Kinder Bueno
THC is the acronym for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the best known and most important active ingredient of cannabis. Its presence in the confectionery product could have caused discomfort to consumers given that, like all illegal products, there is no type of control over production and the quantities used.

In fact, numerous seizures of counterfeit Marijuana-based sweets such as Kinder eggs, Mars and Haribo gummy sweets date back to that period.
