Now rags are flying in the center-right of Barletta, through many stinging press releases both in defense ofCannito administrationas the last one signed by the Fratelli d’Italia council group, both against those of the council group of Forza Italiawhich we remember represents the largest group in the highest meeting of Barlettanow openly in opposition to the Mayor.
A few hours ago, a further exchange of “effervescent” posts on social networks took place between the mayor and the President of the city council Marcello Lanotte (exponent of Forza Italia). Cannito began with the publication of some statements from past years by Lanotte himself, in which he attributed responsibility for a forthcoming increase in the TARI to the PD-led Puglia Region: “first it was the fault of the Region and the PD, now it is Cannito’s. Does he miss the ARMCHAIRS?”.
We didn’t have to wait long for Lanotte’s reply, again via social media, in which he addressed the Mayor directly, defining him as “nervous and confused”, effectively inviting him to a journalistic discussion, insisting on the issue of the TARI increase: “Dear Mayor Mino Cannito – this is the complete text of Marcello Lanotte’s speech – I’m sorry to hear that you are nervous and confused. This is why I invite you, if you wish, to a public discussion. You choose the television and the journalist.
In this way, we will let the people of Barletta decide, first of all those who tell lies and then I will be able to explain to you, as you have always asked me for many issues of which you understood very little, why the TARI has increased. I have to do it, do you know why? Because what that “goat” wrote to you thinking of denigrating me has nothing to do with the increase in the TARI that you have proposed and with the fact that you are squandering the tax money of the people of Barletta”.
