Not all members of the Genoa world are on holiday at the moment. The transfer men are working to create Gilardino’s new squad, and there are many incoming and outgoing negotiations, while the rest of the Villa Rostan men are busy organizing the summer training camp which will start on July 13th, after the meeting and tests at Signorini di Pegli, and will end on the 26th of the same month.
Genoa in retreat in Moena, the dates of the friendly matches
Many fans have already organized their trip to Moena which is hosting the Grifone’s summer retreat for the second time. The staff is working to organize everything that will revolve around the training camp, events, special evenings and then the camps for children in Soraga. The machine has been running for some time and there is also news regarding the work calendar of Gilardino’s men.
Genoa has in fact made official the first three red club dates of the rossoblu season, those of the friendlies that will be played at the “Benatti” in Moena. The first will be the kick-off of the works, on July 14th the Gilardino boys will face the local amateur selection of Monti Pallidi. The second test will be on July 20th against Venezia while on the 25th the training camp will close with the match against Mantua who have just been promoted to Serie B after a splendid run in group A of Serie C which they finished as leaders.
