The mayor of Brescia Laura Castelletti has appointed, to the Board of Directors of Brescia Mobilità Spa, Alessandro Marini, Davide Danesi, Marco Pozzi, Antonella Loda And Patrizia Guerra on the Board of Directors of Brescia Mobilità Spa.
The company meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2024.

Alessandro Marini was born in Brescia in 1964 and graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1988 at the University of Brescia. In 2017, at the same University, he obtained a PhD in Information Engineering. From 1990 to 1996 he was a consultant and manager of Andersen Consulting and, from 1996 to 2001, he was IT manager for Lucchini Spa. He was General Director of Lutech SpA from 2000 to 2003 and, from March 2001 to 2007, he was a director of administration of Inn.Tech. Srl. From 2007 to 2010, he was president of Inn.Tech. Srl while from 2007 to 2012 he was the owner of Marinistudio. Since 2013 he has been managing partner of Quantra Srl while since 2018 he has been a partner of the Maruggi Stp Srl studio. Since September 2019 he has been a professor of Information Systems for the management of industrial operations at the University of Brescia and, since 2020, he has been a board member of Matics Srl.
Davide Danesiborn in Brescia in 1979, is currently CEO of Giustacchini Printing Srl and Syscom Srl and sole director of Molteco Printing Srl. He founded three companies in the technology and communication sector: Webcarpet Srl, Myusic.Me Srl and Experience Srl .
From 2005 to 2012 he was CEO of the record label Mizar Records Srl. Since 2022 he has been a board member of Brescia Mobilità spa.
Antonella Loda was born in Brescia in 1965. She graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and has been a member of the Order of Architects of Brescia since 1994. She was an assistant on the “Architectural Design I” course of the Polytechnic of Milan until 2001 and was technical representative of the Quarries Commission of the Province of Brescia from 1995 to 2000. He acted as consultant to the Municipality of Salò, in urban planning matters, from 1998 to 2000 and is Technical Consultant of the Court of Brescia. She is president of Aidia – Italian Association of Women Engineers and Architects – Brescia section and of the “Scuola Materna ai Caduti” charity organization of Quinzanello di Dello. She was area manager of the Technical Office (Urban Planning, Environment, Private and Public Construction) of the Municipality of Pontevico from 2001 to 2014 and of the Municipality of Remedello in 2014. She is currently President of the Landscape Commission of the Municipality of Castegnato and of the Municipality of Nave and is a member of the same commission of the Municipality of Salò. You are also President of the Building / Urban Planning Commission of the Municipality of Ospitaletto and you are a member of the same commission of the Municipality of Soiano del Lago. You are a member of the disciplinary council of the Order of Architects of Brescia and you are president of the Porta Venezia District Council of Brescia.
Marco Pozzi, born in Brescia in 1973, he is an electrotechnical expert and has been a member of the College of Industrial Experts of the province of Brescia since 2003. He is currently responsible for the district heating customer works office of A2A Calore & Servizi, a role he has held since 2022. As regards the roles public, from 1998 to 2003 he was councilor of the V District and coordinator of the Environment and Territory Commission, in 2003 he became councilor of the Municipality of Brescia – until 2008 – and member of the Environment and Public Works Commission. From 2013 to 2018 he was again a municipal councilor in Brescia, becoming president of the Environment Commission and member of the Urban Planning Commission. From 2018 to 2023, still as a city councilor in Brescia, he held the position of president of the Mobility Commission as well as being a member of the Budget and Urban Planning Commission.
Patrizia Guerra, born in 1962, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in Civil Engineering – section. She was a builder in 1988, in 1989 she enrolled in the Order of Engineers of the province of Brescia. In 2006 she founded the Patrizia Guerra engineering firm of which she is still the owner, since 2022 she has also been sole director of Enerconsult Srl, specialized in consultancy, design, development and application of computerized systems for the optimization of energy resources and alternative energy systems and integrated systems and computerized systems for process control, quality and energy saving. From 2009 to 2017 you also held the role of Secretary Councilor of the Order of Engineers of the province of Brescia.
