Rome Business School students had the opportunity to present their CVs, hold interviews and participate in talks on topics such as responsible leadership, diversity & inclusion and sustainability. Face to face which also saw a change of roles: from student present at previous editions to talent manager for companies known at the Career Fair or for one’s own startup born in Rome Business School thanks also to the internal business incubator.

“I am at the Career Fair of the Rome Business School to look for professional growth opportunities especially in middle and top management – explains Gabriele Fanasca, Executive MBA student at Rome Business School to askanews -. I have already had the opportunity to meet and speak with companies medium-large sized multinationals that also have positions of this kind among their proposals, therefore important positions not only for novice students but also for executives who want to continue their career in the managerial field. These are rare events especially in the panorama national because they give the opportunity to learn about different sectors where you can specialize and where you can continue your career”.

There are many possibilities for experiences abroad offered by the Rome Business School, characterized by a large presence of foreign students from 160 countries, alongside Italians. From the Employment Report 2024 it emerges that already before the end of the program 70% of students found a job opportunity, 76% also had important salary developments which on average stood at +27% compared to the salary level of entrance. 83% of students today work in companies that operate globally and 72% in multinationals. Results resulting from the opportunities to meet with the 1,150 partner companies offered throughout the course of studies, which culminate in the Career Fair.

“This opportunity to participate in the Rome Business School Career Fair – Alessandro Marangi, Senior Global Recruiter for Microsoft, told askanews – is very important for us companies as we have the opportunity to meet candidates from different backgrounds, from different countries and different continents. This it is what we look for at Microsoft as well as we recruiters in structured multinational realities as diversity within companies is synonymous with greater productivity, creativity, innovation and well-being. Clearly it is important to help and guide these candidates, these future colleagues in their development of their skills by listening and understanding their motivations and giving them tools for Reskilling and Upskilling that can allow them to become professionals in the different markets, in the different companies where they will operate”.
