2.2 million (plus debts) to buy Perugia

While the negotiations with Claudio Sciurpa’s consortium to buy Perugia are proceeding in stages, from Luxembourg the company TimeNova Holding SA, represented by Alexander Taskiran, announces that it has formalized an offer to purchase the club from New Parker.




The proposal is 2 million and 200 thousand euros plus the assumption of debts for the acquisition of the entire corporate package held by Massimiliano Santopadre. With a bonus of a further million euros if Perugia rises to Serie B within two years.

If the proposal is accepted, TimeNova srl ​​will pay the entire amount to the notary indicated within 48 working hours, “hoping to be able to close the operation no later than 5 July 2024 in order to plan for the next season”.

The Taskiran company, which for now does not intend to make any statements, says it is ready to have the banking institution send “proof of funds which will guarantee economic tranquility and adequate investment potential to face the next championships in a competitive way”.

News that complicates the exhausting conversation started with Sciurpa. Today, Friday, is the deadline set by the entrepreneur from Castiglione in the certified e-mail with which he confirms his desire to purchase the club, without however indicating the purchase price. However, asking Santopadre for three weeks to analyze all the club’s accounts, without Santopadre entering into further negotiations.

All this, while we are still awaiting approval by the Court of the agreement with which the debts of the Covid period accumulated by the club with the Revenue Agency were reduced and spread over 10 years.
