In recent days, an interesting meeting focused on the human and political story of the Honorable Aldo Moro took place at the Orizzonte hotel in Acireale.
The initiative, organized by the Christian Democracy, the party led by the Honorable Cuffaro, took place in front of a very large audience, mainly young people.
Also participating in this conference were the regional councilor for Local Authorities Andrea Messina, the Honorable Salvo Giuffrida, Dr. Antonio Musumeci, provincial manager of the third sector, Giuseppe Pisa, youth coordinator, as well as Dr. Salvatore Licari, author of the book ” Moro case, an assassination without instigators” and the Honorable Gero Grassi, personal friend of the murdered statesman and author of the book “Aldo Moro: the denied truth” – a work recently also presented at our editorial office.
The event, moderated by the lawyer Pietro Lipari, provincial secretary of Christian democracy, experienced moments of particular intensity and emotion when the authors of the two publications, in particular the Honorable Gero Grassi, focused on the ordeal experienced by the Honorable Aldo Moro, on the context in which the massacre and assassination took place, on the instigators, the misdirections and the complicities that have been uncovered.
