Alessandro Cosmi leaves the leadership of the Democratic Party of Aprilia, resigning as city secretary. The official announcement arrived last night during the members’ meeting called to analyze the vote in the latest European elections. An assembly which also saw the participation of the provincial secretary of the Democratic Party Omar Sarubbo and the regional councilor Salvatore La Penna.

In his report, Cosmi reviewed the last few months, deeming the result of the European elections in the city satisfactory, equal to 16.44%, presenting his resignation before the provincial secretary at the end of his speech. There is therefore a need to rebuild a management group and Cosmi’s step back could be the first sign to open a new phase.
