In the headquarters ofTree of Wishes Camp training took place at the Palagatti in via Dei Bizantini in Lamezia Terme for the technicians of the Educamp Coni of the provinces of Catanzaro, Crotone and Vibo Valentia

CONI, moreover, has been promoting and enhancing youth sporting activity for years, through a multidisciplinary sports educational path that accompanies young people throughout the year, including the “CONI Center – Orientation and Introduction to Sport” and the CONI Educamps in the summer one.
This path has the aim of broadening the base of practitioners, increasing their motor skills, following them in the search and identification of their talent which in the future could lead to a high level activity, and promoting integration and socialisation.
Coni Educamp will be an unforgettable experience for the kids that will lead to the discovery of many sports and recreational activities, allowing them, at the same time, to make many new friends. All in a safe place, with ample space available to have fun in complete safety, under the watchful eyes of the many educators and technicians put in place.
Antonio Stella said: “It is a pride to collaborate with CONI in the planning of these activities because this allows us to be close to the needs of citizens and to give our contribution to the recreational and recreational activities of the children of the province to encourage the spread of sport among young people.” “Thanks to this initiative, children will have the opportunity to spend days dedicated to sport, socialization and fun”.
The initiative will last until September starting from June. The kids will have the opportunity to learn about and practice many disciplines under the guidance of federal technicians.
The Mayor of Lamezia Terme Paolo Mascaro and the Prime Minister Giancarlo Nicotera were present and expressed satisfaction with the initiative to which the Municipality immediately responded positively.

The Camp will take place in the two locations in Lamezia Terme: once again in the location of the Palagatti in via Dei Bizantini and to the sea near the Lido La Baia Falcone Borsellino seafront Marinella area offering large spaces to give value to play and sport in the open air and at the sea.
The Albero dei Desideri Camp will be held from 10 June 2024 to 13 September 2024 at Palagatti and from 1 July to 2 August 2024 at Marinella.

Enhance the playful-relational aspects linked to sports practice
During the school closure period, the Tree of Wishes Camp offers multidisciplinary activities. The objective is to promote sport as a fundamental tool for personal and collective growth.
The 2024 edition will be an opportunity to get ever closer to the green world, representing an opportunity to have outdoor experiences within the framework of the harmonious development of children and adolescents, within the definition of “Outdoor Education”.
The Tree of Wishes Camp is open to everyone!
It is an initiative for children aged 3 and up.
The proposal is basic sport: participants will have the opportunity to practice and approach many sports, discovering which is closest to their desires and aptitudes.
Participants will be divided into groups by age group.
For technical/organizational reasons, the request to assign the participant to a specific group is not foreseen as the Tree of Desires Camp values socialization, friendship, interaction and the formation of bonds between all participants. In this way, the experience will be more authentic, meaningful and unforgettable.
NB: Children aged 3 and over, educated and self-sufficient as we do not provide a nursery service.
The sports offer
Within the sports offer, thanks to the Staff of the Tree of Desires Camp and the various techniciansparticipants will have the opportunity to explore different sports, including: Karate, Athletics, Badminton, Baseball/Softball, basketball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Handball, Rugby, Fencing, Table tennis, Archery, Volleyball. Karting.
* The program may undergo modifications or variations due to technical-logistical needs.
- Children 3 – 5 years: an ad hoc program dedicated to them where the various sports will have a purely playful approach, taking into account both the development of basic motor patterns and the psychokinetic aspect suitable for this age group. Being a very delicate age group, we are therefore talking about preparatory sports;
- Boys 6 – 16 years: a program developed with recreational-sports teaching units that are able to integrate the technical characteristics of the specific sporting discipline always in the form of a game, with engaging, stimulating proposals and in the name of fun;
- Boys 16 – 17 years – Junior Staff: a training course, supporting the Camp Staff with the issuing of certification to request extracurricular training credits;
Our participants deserve particular attention with a highly professional approach both in language and in the proposal of a sporting activity calibrated to the specific needs of each age group. For this reason L’Albero dei Desideri Camp provides qualified technicians and sports operators.
