I am proud to have intervened in the general discussion. The Calderoli bill brings with it the identification of the Leps whose financing is essential for the assignment of the subjects that require the prerogative.
For clarity, no region will become autonomous from tomorrow, but each territory will be able to ask to start the assignment process by subject, all through a complex process of checks and balances aimed at guaranteeing, whoever asks for the matter, whoever gives it and those who decide not to participate in this process. Differentiated autonomy does not oblige any region: anyone who wishes will be free not to participate in this process.
And then enough with the fake news of the M5s: people will be able to continue to seek treatment where they see fit, and the citizen will be faced with a political class called upon to manage it in full autonomy, responsibility and in compliance with the constitutional constraints of solidarity. I am happy to have seen the flag of Calabria waving in the chamber but I feel sorry for some centre-right colleagues who voted in conflict with their party, which respected the agreements on the government program in the Senate and the Chamber. The centre-right, however, emerges strong and cohesive.
