The ninth edition of Concentrico Festival has ended: the, which from 7 to 16 June 2024 transformed the Cappuccina park in Carpi (MO) into the largest stage in Italy. There were 13 thousand attendees in 10 days, making Concentrico 2024 another success with the public. The ninth edition of the transdisciplinary, intergenerational, widespread and site-specific festival organized at the Cappuccina park by the AppenAppena cultural association reaffirmed the success of a formula which from 7 to 16 June brought theatre, circus arts, music and figurative art, as well as markets, food, beer and lots of socializing.

Between the circus chapiteau, the arena and the stage dedicated to music and performances, there were more than thirty events organized for over a hundred artists. The great free shows including Don Chisciotte by Teatro dei Venti, Il dream of a thing with Elio Germano and Teho Teardo, concerts by Lili Refrain and Munedaiko and dance with How to destroy your dance by Collettivo were a great success with the public Kinetic.

The program embraced theater in 360 degrees (from prose to contemporary circus, passing through traveling shows, musical theater and contemporary dance) and the shows under the chapiteau and in the Aimag Arena, created thanks to the support of Aimag and Sinergas, recorded several sold out including Emisfero by Magda Clan Circo and Le solite stronze by Carlotta Vagnoli. The Concentrico Junior area was also a great success, with the support of Coop Alleanza 3.0, which hosted the workshops and activities proposed by Cooperativa Giravolta every evening, creating a child-friendly space where the little ones were able to play and socialise.

Therefore, the AppenAppena Aps cultural association and all the staff of Concentrico Festival were satisfied with the success of an event which received very positive comments and feedback for the organisation, the choice of shows and the setting up of the location which offered a different way to experience urban spaces.

The Festival approached the new generations on an artistic level through the search for new talents and to citizens through the Cantiere Concentrico theater workshops which saw the participation of around twenty students of all ages.
