For 4 days, from Sunday 7th to Wednesday 10th July, the PalaIgor will be transformed into a large “temporary” shopping center for the sale to private individuals, at heavily discounted prices, of clothing for women and men, footwear and accessories of many important fashion brands. Fans of designer shopping will be able to do business, but the Municipality will also gain significantly by granting temporary use of the building for 9 days during which it would have remained unused (from 4 to 12 July, including set-up and dismantling works). ) will collect from the organizing company «Say wow! srl” of Milan a rent of 14,400 euros, equal to 1,600 euros per day.
It is a company specialized in promotional sales of items in stock from major fashion brands: inventories, items not from the latest collection, put back on the market at lower prices compared to the original ones. The events can be dedicated both to individual brands and, when they are in larger spaces like in Novara, to the products of many different brands, even hundreds, with an assortment of tens of thousands of products.
This formula has already arrived in September 2023 in Bologna, at the Fico Eataly World park, in October in Milan in the spaces of Base Milano of the former Ansaldo in via Tortona, in December in Naples in the pavilions of the Mostra d’Oltremare, in March in Rome in the nineteenth-century Palazzo Brancaccio. A large showroom is set up with “corners” dedicated to each brand, as well as a multi-brand area.
